JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As an Operational Buyer, you will play a central role in working closely with production, suppliers, and internal functions. You will be part of a smaller team where you will plan, follow up, and analyze the purchasing process to ensure efficient material flows and deliveries, as well as contribute to the development of our working methods.

This is a role for you who are analytical, curious, and want to build a broad competence within supply chain. We see that you have the ability to be meticulous and detail-oriented combined with the ability to see the big picture. At Baxter, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility and grow in a dynamic environment while gaining insight into the entire value chain.

Place and follow up purchase orders to support production plans
Ensure deliveries and manage deviations together with suppliers
Work with forecasts and inventory optimization to achieve the right service levels
Participate in improvement work to streamline flows and reduce costs
Collaborate with sourcing on delivery performance and development of supplier relationships
Use ERP/MRP systems for planning and follow-up

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has an academic degree (equivalent to a bachelor's degree), preferably in industrial economics, or other technical/economic education
Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Excel for analysis and reporting, as well as experience or interest in working with ERP/MRP systems
Can communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally
Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work
